When the most particular chef in the country opens his flagship location in New York, fit and finish take on a new level of precision.  We coordinated US and European fabricators of high end materials including architectural metal work, stone, wood and glass work. Among the impressive features in this location is the roughly 3,000 square feet of totally custom built bronze flooring from Italy as well as the large wine room incorporating stone, glass, metal and wood all in a strictly climate and humidity controlled environment.
